the first image is from my new pc and the next image is from my old pc. so idk if its cause of steam cloud that my charcter isnt showing up i just dont know how to fix this =[

If you still have access to your old pc (or the c: drive), the saves should be in the “Save” folder in the same place as the log files. I’d probably make a backup of the save folder on your new pc then copy the character files in to the folder on your new pc.
