Does Last Wish (Sigils) going off count as a “cast” in regards to the passive Righteous Firebrand?
Yes it should.
Generally, skills being proc’d don’t count as being cast.
Yeah, my bad. Wasn’t in game, somehow thought of the interaction between Prayer+Word of Alacrity/Last Wish (wich does work :p).
