Paladin passive Staunch Defender does not work

Hello, I notice a bug with the Staunch Defender passive from Paladin.
I put 4 points in it so it should give me 200 block protection while using a shield.

I am most definetely using a shield, but when I pressed C and checked the tooltip, I noticed the value for block protection is not showing the extra points from Staunch Defender.
