Ossification removes your ability to move and use abilities every time you cast Transplant, even when Bone Armor is on cooldown (so you don’t gain the positives, just the negatives.)
Is this intended or a bug? The wording of the skill seems to indicate that all these effects should only happen when Bone Armor is triggered, rather than just the negative effects every single Transplant cast.
