On open, my screen is in a letterbox

1440p screen. Game opens every time at correct 16x9 resolution, then after a second or so it turns to a 4x3 aspect ratio with black bars on the sides.

I need to change the resolution, then change it back in order to get the correct aspect ratio.

Also experiencing the same issue.

It appears to change to 1920x1440 as soon as it’s opened.

When I sign in and go to the character selection screen I hit “Settings” -> “Graphics”; under resolution the 2560x1440 resolution is shown. I select 1920x1440. Nothing changes (still letter box). I then select 2560x1440 and it’s widescreen again and everything looks great!
