i have failed 12 88%+ success chance crafts today alone. In total it is over 20. I have never successfully added a mod (without glyph of the guardian) that is under 95% success rate. Thats a 100% failure rate that im supposed to have 88 or higher success chance.
EDIT: i would like to add that each time i’ve failed i was using a glyph of stability
