Sometimes the barrels spawn before the last mob is dead.

If this happens again, could you show us a screenshot of the remaining enemies?

I can second that report. It seems to happen most often if the last monster killed has “Respawns after 2 seconds” tag. When you kill it the first time, the Start Next wave and barrels appear and then it respawns.

It also seems to happen when Maddening Groles are the last monsters remaining and off the screen at the time you kill the last onscreen monster. I have met plenty of them in the middle of the barrels.

The first is a known issue, but I’ll be sure to pass on the bit about Maddening Groles.

still happen as for 0.5.4.1

Below is a video when it happens:

  • Wave 289 is cleared and wave 290 spawns
  • While fighting wave 290 Continue button is already up and barrels spawn (barrels not seen in video though)
  • When Continue/Attermpt Harder Waves is selected, it spawns next wave so you have two waves up simultaneously.

One HC SSF character was sacrificed in the making of this video :cry:
