In game we have suff % of DMG Dealt to Mana Before Health
And it’s works only with Real HP and don’t work with Ward
How work Mental Aegis? Only with Real HP or Ward too?

damage dealt to mana before health only applies after damage is dealt to ward, so if you had 150 ward and took 100 damage, you would lose no mana, only ward.
However the Mental Aegis node does not grant damage dealt to mana before health, it grants damage dealt to mana before ward which applies before damage is taken from ward, so with 75% if you had 150 ward and took 100 damage, you would lose 25 ward and 75 mana. When you have no ward it works just like damage dealt to mana before health does.
