Massive End of time bug

This happens like 50% of the time I’m doing monolith runs, after I take the green portal back to town, to claim the chest, this happens.

I’ve attempted to reproduce this issue for some time but have not been able to yet. Could you post a log file if it happens again? Sorry for the trouble!

Happened again. Both in Echo and The Council (twice!).
