Does the Mark for Dead duration mean that chill providing by Icy Maniplation has also longer duration? Or chill has its own time?
Chill is a individual debuff that is just applied together with the Mark for Death on the initial cast. There is also one node directly connected to Icy Manipulation that explicitly increases the Duration of the chill applied via mark for death.
I am not 100% sure here on the regular base duration of chill tbh.
