I fought the temple guardian (stone chick with the sword, not sure what her name is) in the location she spawned. She didn’t get to move throughout the fight. After she died all her loot got stuck in one location (stacked on top of each other). Maybe it got stuck or bugged in her hitbox or something?
Twitch here is an example of it happening after (all loot from boss/mob/crates functioned like this)
it only stopped/fixed itself happening when i relogged.
