Launcher can't connect and never start the game

Hi,

I’ve got a problem since i’ve bought the game several days ago.
The launcher says “Please check your internet connection” and ask to retry. But it stays saying “connecting” and nothing else happen when i click on retry. My internet connection works well so i post this hoping you will find something and it will help you too.

Hi there,

had a similar issue a long time ago… Could you please check if certificate is present on your system - file below?
/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt

if not, try to make a symlink
ln -s /var/lib/ca-certificates/ca-bundle.pem /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
this will probably need a sudo/root permisions

Thanks for your answer, you’ve helped me.
I didn’t find ca-certificates.crt in /etc/ssl/certs neither ca-bundle.pem in var/lib/ca-certificates but i manage to symlink the file who where available for another software.
Now i don’t have anymore the error.
