Yesterday, when I was doing the Lagon boss fight with Acolyte/Lich, I’ve run into a situation where Lagon boss just standing still and not perform any skill after doing like 2 or 3 skill at beginning of the fight.
It’s a known bug if you fear him.

Anomaly’s effect can cause Lagon to de-sync a bit as well.
I had the same issue, I’m Acolyte too, but no Drain life, but I’m fearing him with Spirit Plague. Here’s a little vid of it Last Epoch Lagon Bug - YouTube
