I have a dell Insperion 5567, AMD Radeon R7 M445 4GB I7 256GB SSD.
Is that enough? is there a way to play a demo just to see if it works?

There is a demo. Download the early kickstarter version to check your average performance. It is old and unoptimized but it will give you a proper idea what to expect. Download it from here.
