As described in the title, the inventory panel is always open when I first log into the game, and cannot be closed for a few seconds. It then closes itself after a few seconds, and behaves normally after that.
(Note that I don’t press any keys in this video; the inventory panel is closing on its own, not from me pressing the [I] key.)
