To be able to fix a problem, we often need to reproduce it internally to better understand what causes it and how it can be resolved. Here is where to find the file we require;

[color=#FFFFFF]NOTE:[/color] This file is reset each time you start the game. In order for it to contain useful troubleshooting data, please retrieve it before you open the game again.
Occasionally a problem may only happen on certain hardware. Knowing more about your computer can make it easier to reproduce the problem and investigate it.
