Increased Healing - bonus from item calculation error

I crafted an item with +38% increased healing effectiveness, you can see from the first screen shot where its not equipped that my increased healing is +22%, The second screenshot shows the amulet equipped and now I have 81% increased healing effectiveness.

no other items were added/removed just the +38% amulet equipped. I cannot see any reason why it taken me to +81%

I believe this is caused by your other bug report, Increased Healing Effectiveness - passive skills not showing increased. Those nodes are actually giving increased increased healing effectiveness, which is multiplying the stats given to you by the amulet.
