Lost all points, not sure if im getting them back, if I’m not, it promotes a hard reset, no?

Your skills will earn XP until they are at the cap of 20 points (again). Typically they level up much more quickly than what they did while you leveled them up for the first time.

This respec system will be changed in the future.
