I can’t get into the game，Always in character selection screen，When I select a game character and click start，Characters can’t get into the official game screen, only show blood and mana parts.

I’m very sorry to hear about this. Does it work if you create a new character?

Could you please post a log file so that we can look into this further for you? You should be able to attach it to your forum post by clicking the button in the composer window.
