I backed the kickstarter and the game was delayed, would I still get access?

Hi, I backed the kickstarter, the $10 one, for the game on release. I read that it was delayed and people that pre purchased the game would still get the game in April. I have not received the game and I’m not entirely sure how to go about getting access to it. I linked my forum account to my steam account already. Thanks
