I exited the game after dying to the imperial assassins in the Hidden Gems quest. On logging back in, they didn’t respawn, and Rouj’s body was not in the pillar area.
I have not tried reproducing this bug on a new character, but I would assume there’s a “spawn stuff” quest marker checking off before the stuff has been fully interacted with.
Did you kill the elemental scorpion in Wraith Dunes? If that doesnt work go to shining cove and then to majasan desert, one of those 2 maps should make the golden arrow quest tracker should pop up. This helped someone earlier please let me know it helps.
