Haruspex Orian can't be attacked by Ranged Mana Strike

First of all I want to pay attention that Haruspex Orian has 2 attack modes

1. when he is stay at ground
   and
2. when he rising into the air

1st situation: have Mana Strike skill W/O Ranged node

now fight with Haruspex Orian and well done. both modes fly and ground hits well

2nd situation: have Mana Strike skill WITH Ranged node

now I can hit Haruspex Orian when he ground and can’t when he fly

This happens only with enemies who can fly time to time.
With Bees, Bats and etc. all hits work fine
