Hi all,
Since starting the game I’ve noticed that no matter the graphics settings I pick I’m always running at 100% GPU load for Last Epoch. CPU is fine at 15% and I don’t find this with any other game.
Does everyone find this/is this normal for this game?
GPU is a EVGA RTX 2080 Ti BLACK

It is normal. I would go to nvidia setting and limit the fps to 60-144 whatever you prefer.
