So the Resplendent Frost node gives 3% base crit per point, and Static collapse takes 5% base crit so you can target your glaciers.
But it seems to make it so you do no crits with Glacier if you take Static collapse, I should still have atleast 4% base crit (even if there was no base crit before Resplendent Frost)
