As the title says, in my spellblade build when Enchant Weapon activates (which is all the time as it activates always when its cooldown is over) the game freezes for 1sec. No matter the area, or other skills that are active at the time. My specs are Rysen 7 3700x, Nvidia 1060 3gb, 16gb ddr4 ram, windows 10. I run everything in low settings with vsync on. Sorry for poor English…
