I’ve had this happen a few times. Seems to occur after you port around to a few different locations in a short timeframe but I’m not entirely sure if that’s the trigger. I was asked to post my log next time it happened so I am complying.output_log.txt (382.1 KB)
In this particular case, the zone you tried to load (The Northern Stream) failed because it isn’t present in the current version of the game. The entrance was included without the zone itself by mistake.
If you encounter this bug elsewhere a log file will still be quite useful. Thanks!
