Frequent crashing - logs inside

I started playing about a week ago. Qualitatively, I’d say the game crashes 50% of the time when loading a new zone. It has only gotten worse since the latest patch.

Core i5-6500, 8GB ram, windows 10 pro (up to date). GTX 970 4GB (latest drivers).
