The fracture system NEEDS to be cleaned up. I keep fracturing on just 2%. I got that 4 times in a night and with the current rare loot shards im only crafting 10-15 times a night, 4 out of 15 fracturing on 2% is not bad rng. People were complaining about it in chat so every one just start shouting when they got a fracture and more than once when someone fractured we all fractured no matter what the chance.

Certainly seems whacked to me. Can’t tell you how many 99% shatteres i’ve had.
