Please log into KickStarter and ensure that you have submitted the Reward Survey. Then reach out to us through our support site and make sure to include either your backer number or the e-mail address associated with your KickStarter account when contacting us.
You will be able to link your Steam and Last Epoch keys after Last Epoch officially launches later this year to play the game through Steam.
