I don’t know if this is known/fixed, and I don’t know how to reproduce it, but I noticed I have an amulet with the “ignite chance for 4 seconds on potion use” belt mod. The crafting menu doesn’t let me continue crafting that prefix (shards for that mod don’t show as available), but it recognizes that the mod is there.
The Flame Spitter mod was removed from amulets. That means the crafting menu won’t bring the affix up as one you can craft, even if it already exists on the item. The same occurs with attack speed amulets. Not a bug, just sort of a result of changed mod pools.
