Eterra’s Blessing says it will hit the nearest ally. In my case it’s my pet wolf and I’m stood right next to it. About 50% of the time this spell does not hit my wolf and does absolutely nothing.
Mechanically, you count as your own ally so Eterra’s Blessing should target you if you are at a lower health percentage than your companions.
However, I tested this and it seems that the auto-targeting isn’t totally reliable when your companions are near full health. We’ll look into that.
