hi, its the second times in 24h that my caracter has been erased after a crash from the game.
yesterday i had a lot of "page fault in paged area, followed all the internet advice to fix it.
so many crashs and again no caracter, after a reboot, at least this time my crate hasn’t been erased too. is there a way to have it back ? can’t send the log as this time no log in the files

Sorry to hear about this! If you’re not able to find the log file, you probably need to enable the “Hidden Items” option for File Explorer, which is under the View tab at the top.
Alternatively, press the Windows key and R key at the same time, type in appdata and then press enter.
How has that error been displayed? It sounds like it could be a hardware issue, rather than a problem with the game. Regardless, if you have the game installed via Steam I would recommend trying this support article.
