I was in the werebear form after entering a new area, I have lost all the stills in my action bar

sorry I was surrounded and couldn’t make a better screenshot (because I panicked) until it was too late and I died, but you can notice that I’m in werebear form if you look closely
Did your character get it’s passive skills respec’d during a patch? Not sure if that would cause the lack of skills.
Alternatively, try getting steam to repair the game files.

I just tried it, so respec a point while in werebear form will make your action bar empty.
Also, it’s not possible to fill with skills anymore. And dying refreshes everything back to normal.

This is a known issue that we haven’t had a chance to fix yet. Sorry about that! If you return to Human Form before respeccing you won’t have any issues.
