With the node in Drain Life taken for converting spell cost to health, currently, 65 health is removed and the mana cost is still also being taken.
Could you post a screenshot of your full Drain Life skill tree to a site like imgur.com and link it here? I haven’t been able to reproduce this bug. Thanks!
Ah, this is actually working as intended. If you hold the Alt key while looking at the Blood Pact node, you’ll see that it does not affect the upfront mana cost added by Dark Shackles. Sorry about the confusion.
