Same skill in Diablo works with critical chance/ critical damage
No, Disintegrate has the dot tag, so it doesn’t crit, but it will scale with any relevant damage types (+% fire damage, lightning damage, spell damage, etc).

Does it effected by stats /passives that give shock chance, crit chance to light spells?
