I find it great that some abilities in Last Epoch can have different attack speed. This emphasizes each ability uniqueness. But at this moment we lack display of the real attack speed for each skill including all Tree modifiers and curent buffs/debuffs. My suggeston would be to show Time-to-use in Ability Tooltip same way as Cooldown and Mana cost are shown.
QoL thing that will come in a future patch im sure.
