There seems to be either a bug or something very odd going on with Disintegrate/Tendrils (% chance to cast Lightning Blast once per second) if you have Lightning Blast specialised with the Cloud Answer (chance to strike the area LB hits with Lightning).
If you manually cast Lightning Blast then the Lightning appears at the target, however if Lightning Blast is cast by Disintegrate then the Lightning (from Cloud Answer) is cast at the player’s feet).
The same happens with Arcane Ascendance if it’s specialised with Superconductor.
