Constant Crashes/Graphical freezing? PLEASE HELP!

So ever since patch F I no matter what settings IU change or what I’ve done (short of re-installing windows) my game will randomly crash or thge screen will freeze graphically whilst still being responsive (I can hear the character move and do stuff but the screen is frozen) I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of and am at a loss. Please someone help me :stuck_out_tongue: and thanks!
