I downloaded this on my work laptop and my home desktop and my character is not listed when playing on my desktop? Does this game not support cloud saves???
At release Last Epoch will support both online-only and offline-only characters.
Currently only offline-only characters are available, and these are stored locally.

Oh okay, so even when the beta launches it will be local? Is there a way to manually move my saves so I can continue on the same character?
