Just leveled up and i can’t put point on woodlore or any other nodes of this row however i have the prerequisite like show on the picture below.

Not a bug, you are a shaman. You can’t put points into off-classes (druid) in the area that’s hidden by the mastery preview window. Nodes above that line are Druid only.
