Cannot Login -- Old Account, Username "Taken"

Hello there!
I logged in today and created a new Sentinel, but logged out shortly after. I tried logging in again and was told that my username was taken. I tried clearing and logging in again, it then said my credentials were correct, but it was an old account and to contact support.

Any thoughts?

Hello, I have the same problem now, it says I have old account, can’t log in.

Are you attempting to log in with your username or e-mail address?

If e-mail address, please try using your username instead and see if that helps.
