Cannot Log In

I just updated my game to 0.6.1 and the log in screen doesnt allow me to log in. I get a message saying “Failed to Log in to chat and ladder” and I remain on the log in screen

Hey Sarno.

I changed my password in accordance w/ the error message post but I am still receiving the error when I try to login. It is now also saying below the error message that “Access to the Alpha is currently restricted. If you would like to gain access, …” but I am an ancient champion support which is suppose to give me access to everything.

Are you logging in with your e-mail or your account name? Could you please try the other?

Investigating the current log in issues is currently our top priority. Could you please post a log file? Those can help us isolate exactly where a problem crops up, which narrows things down for us. https://support.lastepochgame.com/article/39-the-games-log-file
