Accidentaly bought two copies of the Ancient Champion Supporter pack. any way to get in contact with u guys and get a refund for one of the copies?
I’ve looked into this, and the payment for the second one is currently ‘on hold’ with a PayPal error message. PayPal’s Customer Service team should be able to help you cancel the order.
We’ll be happy to refund a duplicate purchase - but we can’t refund money we haven’t received.
I can refund the original order if you want. You would lose access to the alpha until the second order is completed. Refunds can take up to a week to be processed.
It’s been a while, so I assume that this has been resolved.
