Bank items gone

Hello,

Normally whenever I login to my account I have to sit for a good 10+ seconds for the game to load all the items in my inventory and bank. I came back a couple days ago, didnt have to wait the normal 10+ seconds but to find out everything in my bank but a couple random items are all gone (not loaded).

Really sucks. I tried closing the game and restarting but nothing worked. All my items are gone. I am also scared that one of thes days the game will randomly decide to load all my items back. I’m scared what I should do with my bank now or what interaction it will be if I put items in slots that are technically filled before. Any suggestions?

I get a problem when loading into Last Epoch this is what the window data is on the problem when I look at it, (not sure if this is helpful).

Sorry about this! Unfortunately when this error happens, the items are gone. That does mean that you don’t have to worry about new items being overwritten by old ones.

We’re working on rewriting the related systems to both perform better and be more resilient to errors, so we hope to resolve this in the future.
