As you can clearly see i’ve gone past the armoury and the quest won’t continue.
Try entering Armoury from the start of the area (not through the waypoint).
I had similiar issue where I didn’t talk to NPCs at the town for quest progress and went all the way to the Smelthing Halls and even completed the Void Waves, but didn’t get any quest progress. All was fixed once I talked to NPCs giving the quests and re-entering the area through the entrance to the area.
