You have to defeat a certain amount of enemies/fallen osprix in this area and then you hear a distant scream. The boss spawns. If you teleport away before defeating the bos, your map resets, but not your quest objective. Not sure how to spawn the boss now. I tried leaving the area and coming back in, without success. I try restarting the game, maybe i have to defeat enough osprix again.
UPDATE: After doing another clear of the map, it spawned again ( no scream this time around)
