It’s a very old bug. I had it 6 months ago as well and it’s still there.
Upon alt-tabbing sometimes it does this
Only ALT-F4 helps
Could you please post your log file if you encounter this bug again? I haven’t heard of anyone encountering this bug internally so we’re going to need more information unfortunately.
